Standard embroidery orders are completed in 7–10 business days after artwork approval. Rush orders (3–5 business days) are available for an additional fee.

Absolutely. We use Pantone color matching for all print work to ensure your brand colors are consistent across all materials.

Yes, we ship nationwide. Shipping costs are calculated based on order size and destination. Local pickup is available in Burnsville, MN.

We accept AI, EPS, PDF, and high-resolution PNG (300 DPI minimum). If you don't have high-resolution files, we offer vectorization services for an additional fee.

Yes, our design team can create your logo and brand identity from scratch. Contact us for a custom quote based on your needs.

We accept Zelle, Venmo, bank transfers, and major credit cards. Government purchase orders are accepted for approved accounts.

Yes, Lias Design is prepared to serve federal, state, and municipal government agencies. We accept purchase orders and can provide W-9 and other required documentation.

Custom orders that have entered production cannot be refunded unless there is a production error on our part. Please see our Terms of Service for full details.
