Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging the services of Edes Minnesota LLC (DBA Lias Design), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Edes Minnesota LLC provides professional print, embroidery, signage, branding, and web design services. The scope, pricing, and timeline of each project will be agreed upon in writing before work begins via a formal quote or service agreement.

3. Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required before production begins on all orders over $200.
  • Final payment is due upon completion and before delivery.
  • We accept bank transfer, check, and major credit cards.
  • Overdue balances beyond 30 days may incur a 1.5% monthly late fee.

4. Client Approval & Proofs

All designs require written client approval before production. Edes Minnesota LLC is not responsible for errors approved by the client in the proof stage. Any changes requested after approval may result in additional charges.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders cancelled before production begins will receive a full refund of the deposit.
  • Orders cancelled after production begins will forfeit the deposit.
  • Custom printed or embroidered items cannot be returned unless there is a production error on our part.
  • Web design projects cancelled after 50% completion will not receive a refund of any payments made.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of all final design files created specifically for their project. Edes Minnesota LLC retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Client-Supplied Materials

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any logos, images, or artwork they submit for production. Edes Minnesota LLC is not liable for any copyright infringement resulting from client-supplied materials.

8. Turnaround Times

Standard turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees. Rush orders are available for an additional fee. Edes Minnesota LLC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party suppliers or shipping carriers.

9. Limitation of Liability

Edes Minnesota LLC's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dakota County, Minnesota.
